  • Provide local information, giving you a sense of what accommodation is available and how much it costs, so you can establish a realistic budget.
  • Connect you to a range of long and short-term housing opportunities, including student accommodation, private rentals, share accommodation and homestays.
  • Support you to maintain suitable housing throughout your studies. 

Which type of accommodation is best for me?

Adelaide offers easy access to a wide range of accommodation options. When considering which type of accommodation is best for your individual circumstances, you might like to think about:

  • budget
  • length of stay
  • location and access to public transport
  • safety and security
  • furnished accommodation vs non-furnished
  • lifestyle, including access to meals.

You may also need to consider your intended arrival and departure dates, and whether you’ll be accompanied by a partner or family.

If you plan to relocate your family to Adelaide for the duration of your studies, we recommend you secure appropriate accommodation in Adelaide before moving your family.
